Solution Labs Content Architect

The Content Architect is responsible for planning, defining, and creating functional and technical content and extensions into the Duck Creek software products.  In this capacity, they will create, test and support contributions to the Duck Creek Content Exchange.      Content Architects work closely with other members of the Solution Lab group, product development, external partners and customers to research, define and execute development plans for small projects.    Responsibilities:  Create and develop content and extensions to the Duck Creek software according to the Product Roadmap for Solution Lab  Mentor and lead other members of the team  Present and demonstrate benefits of custom and stock content environments.  Responsible for creating and testing Stock Demo content to support the suite use cases of Solution Lab.  Responsible to create and test custom content and extensions to support new demonstration concepts.  Support content and extensions put into the inventory to provide to presales, services and other consumers.  Works to define and document the implementation instructions needed to implement content from the inventory of Solution Lab.  Respond to support needs related to content, including bug fix and the creation of new/updated versions of content and extensions in Solution Lab.  Work with selected partners to facilitate integration with stock and concept demo environments.  Participate in definition and prioritization of Solution Lab backlog items necessary to deliver targeted new capabilities.  Works with various aspects of content to support unique styles, brands and behaviors.  Supports development of training, documentation, or tools as required for inventory items in Solution Lab  Reports to Content and Solution Lab Product Lead    Requirements:  Minimum 2 years as technology architect or implementer in software development team or software/content implementation team  Minimum 2 years P&C Insurance Industry technology experience  Recent (within 2 years) hands-on technology experience implementing under the Duck Creek EXAMPLE or AFS technology platforms, with focus on ManuScript and Author usage.  Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or similar program  Proven ability to create quality content or extensions from basic requirements.  Proven ability to work independently and as a team member  Effective communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills  Good organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills REQID50840

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
