Operations Triage - Associate Manager
The Operations Triage Associate Manager role for Duck Creek Technologies will be helping to resolve issues with our customers' code base and environment. The On Demand operations team is responsible for the day to day delivery for our On Demand customers. You'll have the opportunity to work across multiple carriers and products like insurance claims, billing, policy, etc.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Sciences, or related field.
5+ years of professional software development experience preferred
2+ years of cloud based product support experience preferred
Property & Casualty IT experience preferred.
Experience with the Duck Creek preferred.
Cloud development experience strongly preferred; Microsoft Azure experience preferred
Strong knowledge of software design patterns preferred.
Proficient in one of the following languages: C#, Visual Basic.NET, JavaScript, or other mainstream object-oriented languages preferred.
Proficiency in the following tools: Dynatrace, Octopus, VSTS, PowerShell scripting
Ability to quickly achieve a high level of proficiency in any language or software technology as needed.
Knowledge of software life cycles preferred.

Interacts professionally, appropriately and courteously with customers, other outside parties and co-workers
Act as developer to triage and address issues with Duck Creek's applications and carrier Azure environment
Participate in the resolution and root-cause analysis of complex defects and/or system failures
Applies knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes and tools to design and develop applications.
Properly documents and communicates resolution approach for communication to client
Monitors carrier environments using tools such as Dynatrace

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
